The interactive HTML viewer you can open from this site is not an off-the-shelf product. It was built in Python and HTML/CSS/JavaScript specifically for this inspection workflow: loading engineering drawings as grid references, pairing RGB and thermal imagery by zone, and providing annotation tools that work offline without any subscription or platform dependency. The export pipeline (Python script, JSON draft format, zip output) was built for an active subcontract relationship and iterated through real project delivery. This capability, building custom tooling that makes the delivered data immediately useful rather than handing off a folder of images, is DMC's primary differentiation from drone operators who fly and deliver raw footage. There is also a technical reason for this approach: facades are flat, repetitive, and reflective, which causes photogrammetry and 3D stitching to fail on them. A drawing-indexed record is not a downgrade from a 3D model, it is the format that actually works on these buildings.
